Ross-Richter, LLC was founded in 1989 and at that time specialized in the placement of Orthopaedic Surgeons and PM&R Doctors. Due to our client needs we later expanded to include the placement of Orthopaedic PA's. Working closely with Orthopaedic Surgeons we are very effective in assisting the Surgeons to realize the value of hiring a PA. In 2003, we expanded our PA Division to include Physician Assistants in other specialties.
